1. General After-sales Principles

 

We prioritize customer satisfaction and guarantee product quality. All products undergo strict quality inspection before shipment. We provide standardized after-sales services for quality issues, shipping errors, damaged goods and other eligible scenarios. Non-quality returns caused by personal preference or improper use will be processed in accordance with relevant clauses.

 

2. Return & Exchange Eligibility

 

2.1 Qualified Scenarios for Return & Exchange

 

– Product quality defects, functional malfunctions or incomplete accessories confirmed by official inspection.

– Wrong item, missing item or incorrect specification delivered due to our shipping error.

– Damaged products during transportation, verified by unboxing photos and videos provided by the customer.

 

2.2 Non-returnable & Non-exchangeable Scenarios

 

– Products damaged due to improper use, unauthorized disassembly, man-made damage or exceeding the warranty period.

– Customized products, clearance items or promotional limited-time offers clearly marked as non-returnable.

– Products without complete original packaging, tags, accessories or proof of purchase.

– Returns requested beyond the specified time limit without prior confirmation from customer service.

 

3. Return & Exchange Process

 

1. Submit application: Customers must submit a return or exchange application via our official customer service email within 30 calendar days after receiving the goods, providing the order number, product photos, defect description and relevant proof materials.

2. Application review: Our customer service team will review the application within 3 working days and notify customers of approval results and return instructions.

3. Return shipment: Approved products must be returned to the designated Hong Kong return warehouse with complete packaging and accessories. Customers should use the return shipping label provided by us for quality-related returns.

4. Refund or reshipment processing: We will inspect returned items within 5 working days after receiving the package. For eligible cases, we will process full refunds or arrange free reshipment. Refunds will be credited to the original payment account within 7-10 working days.

 

4. Warranty Service

 

4.1 Warranty Period

 

– Small home appliances (humidifiers, aromatherapy machines, fans, coffee machines): 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.

– Apparel, women’s bags and crystal bracelets: 3-month quality warranty for manufacturing defects only.

 

4.2 Warranty Scope

 

During the warranty period, we provide free repair, replacement of defective parts or full replacement for quality malfunctions under normal use conditions. Warranty service does not cover damage caused by improper operation, natural wear and tear, or unauthorized modification.

 

5. Shipping Fee Liability for After-sales

 

– For quality issues, shipping errors or damaged goods: Both return and reshipment shipping fees shall be fully borne by us.

– For non-quality personal returns: Customers shall bear the shipping fee for returning goods to the Hong Kong warehouse; the original outbound shipping fee is non-refundable.

– Additional remote area surcharges or overweight surcharges incurred during return shall be borne by the customer for personal reason returns.

 

6. Refund Rules

 

– Refunds will be processed in the original payment currency and returned to the original payment account used for the order.

– For partial returns or exchanges, only the corresponding amount of returned items will be refunded; discounts or free shipping benefits applicable to the original order may be adjusted accordingly.

– Refunds may be delayed due to bank processing cycles or third-party payment platform rules, which are beyond our control.

 

7. After-sales Exclusions

 

We shall not be liable for after-sales obligations if customers fail to comply with product user manuals, use non-original accessories, or cause product damage due to force majeure such as natural disasters, accidents or improper storage.
